Vocational & Independent Living Program Manager

Summit Community Center (SCC) is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and mission-driven Vocational & Independent Living Program Manager to lead and expand SCC’s vocational, employment, and adult independence programming for neurodivergent transition-age youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

2026 Overnight Summer Camp Counselor

The Summit Community Center (SCC) is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and engaging Camp Counselors to support our 2026 Overnight Summer Camp experience. Camp Counselors play an essential role in creating a safe, inclusive, fun, and relationship-centered environment for neurodivergent adults attending camp.
This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to build community, foster independence, and create meaningful memories alongside members and staff.

Mentor - Summer Mentor

The Summit Community Center (SCC) is seeking a dedicated and outgoing professional to become a Summit Community Center Mentor. This position is responsible for facilitating and supporting the engagement of our members in center programming both at our center and in the community. By participating alongside our members, the SCC mentors provide engagement support to our members in a respectful supportive way that promotes member autonomy and independence. SCC mentors are also encouraged to share their special interests and passions through leading groups and activities with members.
Pay range: $20-$25 per hour

PART-TIME
The Summit Community Center (SCC) is seeking a dedicated and outgoing professional to become a Summit Community Center Group Instructor. This position is responsible for the planning, preparation, and implementation of member clubs and activities in a way that is respectful and accessible to all registered members and highlights and supports social and community engagement. This work can include but is not limited to providing small group instructions, writing and delivering lesson plans, assessing member engagement and collaborating with members and other staff to ensure they’re meeting the members needs.
An ideal candidate for this position would be a dedicated professional that has a passion working with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, patient, organized, a flexible thinker, good problem solver, and shows empathy to those around them.
Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour
